Last Project of 2010

I just finished sewing up my last project of the year. After finishing up some custom orders I decided to make a reversible half apron. One side has utility pockets and the other has crayon pockets. I plan to list it on my etsy site soon.

Drum roll please!

The random number generator gave me the lucky number 28! Congrats to Michelle who chose this listing. I think that's a great choice and can't wait to work on that apron!

Michelle, if you're reading this, please send me an email asap!

Give Away Time!

Thanks for stopping by the Nerdsicles blog. I plan to update as often as I can, hopefully each time I make a new nerd or apron. I would like to post a picture of each thing that I make. We'll see how much of a committed blogger I turn out to be.

I reached 100 fans on facebook and so to celebrate I am going to do a give-away contest. If you aren't a fan yet, please click here!

In order to enter the give-away I would like you to take a look at this link and choose a favorite fabric set that you would like to see made into a reversible apron. I chose to use Hypernoodle2's etsy shop as she has some great fabric sets already paired up and that makes things simpler. Leave a comment in the comment section here letting me know your favorite choice.

I will pick a random winner at 9pm (MST)Thursday December 23rd, 2010. I will post the name of the winner here as well as on the nerdsicles facebook page. Make sure that I am able to contact you through the comment or through Facebook.

Now you are wondering what the prize is right? The winner will receive a reversible kid's apron in the fabric set they listed in the comment section (so choose wisely!). Winner will receive apron asap but give up to 6 weeks leeway due to shipping of materials. If the winner prefers they can choose from the pre-made nerdsicles I have available instead of an apron.
